AgriTech Processing & Storage Complex

This agricultural infrastructure project supports local farmers by providing modern processing facilities. The 35,000 sq ft complex processes cassava, maize, and vegetables for both local markets and export.

Key facilities include: industrial-scale washing and sorting equipment, drying chambers with humidity control, cold storage rooms at 4°C and -18°C, automated packaging lines, and a distribution warehouse. Heavy-duty structural design supports overhead conveyors and suspended equipment.

Specialised systems include refrigeration plant, industrial steam boilers, compressed air systems, and water treatment. Robust concrete floors with anti-slip epoxy coatings handle heavy fork-lift traffic. Fire protection includes foam suppression for processing areas and sprinklers throughout.
