Cantonments Smart Home Retrofit

This technology-focused project transformed a traditional residence into a cutting-edge smart home. Working in an occupied property, we integrated sophisticated home automation whilst minimising disruption.

Installed systems include: intelligent lighting control with scene programming, multi-room audio/visual system, automated climate control with occupancy sensing, integrated security (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection), motorised blinds and curtains, automated irrigation, and comprehensive network infrastructure.

All systems connect through a central home automation hub, controllable via smartphone app, touch panels throughout the house, and voice commands. Advanced scenes automate daily routines: "Good Morning" opens blinds, adjusts lighting, and plays news; "Leaving Home" activates security, adjusts climate, and provides status confirmation.

Extensive user training ensured the family could fully utilise all features. Ongoing remote support provides troubleshooting and system updates.
