Trassaco Valley Villa Extension

This high-end extension project seamlessly integrated new spaces with the existing villa. The ground floor added a garden room, wine cellar, and entertainment area opening to the pool terrace. The first floor created a luxurious master suite with walk-in wardrobe and spa-style bathroom.

Design challenges included matching existing finishes, integrating with the current structure, and maintaining architectural harmony. The extension features: marble flooring matching the original villa, bespoke joinery throughout, underfloor heating, integrated audio-visual, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors blurring indoor-outdoor boundaries.

The master bathroom showcases luxury: freestanding soaking tub, oversized rain shower, heated towel rails, and ambient lighting. Climate control throughout ensures comfort year-round.

Careful project management minimised disruption to the occupied villa. Temporary weather protection allowed year-round work. Interior design services ensured the completed spaces harmonised perfectly with existing décor.
